L. Yves Fortier, C.C., O.Q., K.C., L.L.D. is recognized as one of the top arbitrators in the world. As a bilingual Member Arbitrator, he brings to his practice his varied background, including both extensive commercial, corporate and competition trial lawyer experience, alongside being appointed as Canada’s Ambassador and Permanent Representative to the United Nations in New York from July 1988 until January 1992.
