The Honourable Robert P. Armstrong, K.C., served as a Justice for the Ontario Court of Appeal for eleven years. He is presently a Resident Arbitrator and Mediator at Arbitration Place where he has engaged in a number of commercial disputes and public arbitrations. He is a member arbitrator for the Sport Dispute Resolution Centre of Canada (SDRCC) and a member arbitrator of the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada (IIROC).

The Honourable Robert P. Armstrong was appointed directly from the Bar to the Court of Appeal for Ontario on January 25, 2002. He served on that court until March 6, 2013. ...more
