David McCutcheon has over 35 years of experience acting as an arbitrator, mediaor and arbitrator-mediator. His practice is focused on commercial disputes including real estate, construction, agriculture, environmental, condominium, corporate and shareholder matters. He has been a two term President of the ADR Institute of Ontario and a two term President of ADR Institute of Canada. He is a Resident Arbitrator.

David McCutcheon has over 35 years of experience acting as an arbitrator mediator and arbitrator - mediator. He has been a two term President of the ADR Institute of Ontario, and a two term President of the ADR Institute of Canada. He remains an active Rules Committee member and frequent lecturer. He has experience in domestic, interprovincial and international commercial arbitration.

David is an experienced litigation and arbitration counsel who appeared in trial and appeal courts and in administrative tribunals throughout his career. His ADR practice as counsel and neutral is primarily focused on commercial disputes including real estate, construction, environmental, agricultural, condominium, corporate and shareholder matters.

He has a broad based and active practice extending beyond the specialty areas listed above. He has conducted bespoke and long duration med-arb cases with segmented issues and provides early neutral evaluations. He conducts in person, hybrid and Zoom hearings to suit the needs of the parties and the dispute.
