The Honourable J. Douglas Cunningham, Q.C.

The Honourable J. Douglas Cunningham, Q.C. was appointed to the Ontario Superior Court of Justice in 1991. During his more than two decades on the bench, Mr. Cunningham presided over hundreds of complex, high-stakes trials, first as Regional Senior Judge for the East Region (2000-2002) and then as Associate Chief Justice of the Superior Court of Justice (2002-2012).


John Judge

John Judge has appeared as counsel before trial and appellate courts, including the Supreme Court of Canada, and also before administrative and arbitral tribunals. Stephen Morrison graduated with honours from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1976 and was called to the Ontario bar in 1978.
