Tina Cicchetti is a member Arbitrator and leading practitioner. She has experience practicing mainly as counsel in commercial and investment treaty arbitrations for more than 15 years at Fasken. She has since served as sole arbitrator and tribunal chair in ad hoc and institutional arbitrations. She is Chair of IICC Canada, and former President and a current Advisory Board member of YCAP, among other involvements in the arbitration community.

She has served as sole arbitrator and tribunal chair in ad hoc and institutional arbitrations. Ms. Cicchetti is active in the arbitration community and her positions include Chair of ICC Canada, a former President and a current Advisory Board member of YCAP, and a member of the ICDR Canadian Advisory Committee. Ms. Cicchetti is fluent in English and has reading knowledge of French, Spanish and Italian.
In 2016, Ms. Cicchetti was invited by the Attorney General for British Columbia to join an Arbitration Advisory Group on legislative reform and promotion of Vancouver as a seat for international arbitration. In 2016, she was appointed by the Canadian government as a member of the NAFTA 2022 Committee and in 2018 she was appointed to the NAFTA Chapter 19 (Trade Remedies) Roster. She is a member of the ITA Board of Reporters (Canada) and the International Council for Commercial Arbitration (ICCA).
Ms. Cicchetti has been ranked by clients and peers in Chambers Global and Chambers Canada for Arbitration. She was named the Best Lawyers® 2018 Vancouver International Arbitration “Lawyer of the Year” and selected by her peers for inclusion in Best Lawyers® in Canada for her work in International Arbitration.
