Christina Doria has over 10 years of experience as counsel in arbitrations and more recent experience as an arbitrator. Her practice is focused on commercial disputes including energy, mining, infrastructure, and transportation matters.

Christina Doria has over 10 years of experience as counsel in arbitrations and more recent experience as an arbitrator. Her practice is focused on commercial disputes including energy, mining, infrastructure, and transportation matters.

Christina is a seasoned disputes counsel having appeared before all levels of Ontario court, the British Columbia Court of Appeal, the Manitoba Court of Queen's Bench and before domestic and international arbitral tribunals. She has acted on commercial arbitrations under UNCITRAL, AAA/ICDR, ADRIC, BCICAC, ICC and CPR rules, as well as on investor-state arbitrations under ICSID, UNCITRAL and NAFTA. She is an arbitrator on the Expedited Arbitration Roster for the International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR) Canada, and has sat as an arbitrator under the ICDR Rules.

Christina has received national and international recognition in the areas of arbitration and litigation. She is recognized by Who's Who Legal as a National Leader in Arbitration, and as a Future Leader globally who has “extraordinarily strong counsel skills and an excellent command of international arbitration practice”. She is recognized by the Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory as a Leading lawyer and The Legal 500 as a rising star.

She has held Executive Board positions with the ICDR Y&I, and YCAP, and has been a regional representative for the LCIA’s YIAG. She is also a Steering Committee member of Baker McKenzie’s global Women in Arbitration group.
