Harry Radomski is a partner at Goodmans LLP, and head of the firm's intellectual property litigation group. Practises commercial litigation with emphasis on IP law and appears before courts and tribunals across Canada.
Litigation counsel to companies and government authorities in the pharmaceutical, medical devices, software and chemical industries, including Apotex Inc.; Nu-Pharm Inc.; Pro Doc Ltd; Medtronic AVE; and New Brunswick Power Corp.
